The total capacity, combining the stalls and the amphitheatre, is 3,084 seats, plus 12 spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility.

Can I enter the venue if the show has already started?

As a general rule, yes. You can enter during the show by presenting your ticket and with authorisation from the ushering staff.

Yes, there is a taxi rank located right in front of the Auditori Fòrum CCIB.

Can I bring a dog into the venue?

Animals are not allowed inside the Auditori Fòrum CCIB, except for accredited guide or assistance dogs.

What can I bring?

Can I bring food or drinks?

No, bringing food or drinks from outside is not allowed for security reasons. Inside the Auditori Fòrum CCIB, you’ll find a free water fountain as well as a cash bar service.

Can I bring my camera to the show?

As a general rule, compact cameras are allowed. Professional cameras and video cameras are not permitted. At the artist’s request, the use or entry of such devices may be restricted.

Are there any prohibited items?

Yes. Any objects that could be dangerous to yourself or others are not allowed, such as cans, glass or metal containers, sticks, weapons, etc. In addition, reusable glass or metal bottles, as well as glass or metal food containers, must be left at the Auditori Fòrum CCIB cloakroom.

Can I bring my motorcycle helmet inside?

Yes, you can bring your motorcycle helmet, but it must be left in the cloakroom.

Can I bring a baby stroller?

For children’s shows, the organiser will provide a designated area to store baby strollers. If you need more information, please contact the organiser.

Can I bring backpacks or suitcases?

Suitcases or trolleys are not allowed. The maximum permitted size is a small backpack of up to 20L, similar to a school bag, which must fit under your seat or at your feet — never in aisles or stairways, and without blocking passageways.

Backpacks or suitcases larger than the permitted size must be left in the cloakroom.

Gastronomy

Is there a bar service during events?

Yes, there is a bar service inside the Auditori Fòrum CCIB, except for certain events where it may not be permitted.

Can I eat or drink inside the auditorium?

No, bringing food into the auditorium (stalls or balcony) is not allowed. All food and drinks must be consumed in the designated areas in the lobby where the bar is located.

Can alcoholic drinks be consumed?

Yes, alcoholic beverages may be consumed as long as the event is not a sporting or children’s show, and only in the designated areas — never inside the auditorium. The sale or consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.

Can I pay by card or in cash?

Payment can only be made by credit or debit card.

Is there food for vegans or vegetarians?

Yes, we offer options suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Is there food for people with coeliac disease?

Yes, we offer gluten-free options.

Reduced mobility

Which areas are reserved for people with reduced mobility?

The Auditori Fòrum CCIB has 12 spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users.

Tickets for these spaces can be purchased through the same ticketing website for each event or show.

Can I bring a companion?

Yes. The spaces reserved for wheelchair users include an adjacent seat for one companion. Tickets for these spaces can be purchased through the same ticketing website for each event or show.

Can I enter with crutches?

Yes, but they must be stored under your seat, without obstructing passageways, and never left in the aisles of the Auditori Fòrum CCIB.

Are there elevators?

Yes, the Auditori Fòrum CCIB has several elevators providing access to the stalls and the balcony. The venue staff will assist you during access if needed.

How can I access the venue?

There are no physical barriers. The entrance to the Auditori Fòrum CCIB is at street level, and once inside, an elevator is available to reach the lobby.

The spaces reserved for wheelchair users are located on the same level as the lobby, with no need for stairs and accessible via ramps.

Will someone accompany me to my seat?

If you need directions or assistance finding your seat, please speak to the staff at the venue entrance.

Are guide dogs allowed inside the venue?

Yes. Accredited guide dogs are permitted to accompany their owners inside the venue.

Minors

Can minors attend any show?

According to Article 53 of Decree 112/2010 of the Government of Catalonia, minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or legal guardians may authorise a responsible adult to accompany the minor.

If I’m over 16, can I attend without a companion?

If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you can attend without a companion, but you must carry an authorisation signed by your parent or legal guardian.

It depends on the event. Please check with the event organiser or the authorised ticketing point.

Where can I buy tickets?

The Auditori Fòrum CCIB is the venue where the event takes place, but it does not manage or sell tickets. For any purchases, questions, or queries related to tickets (refunds, seat changes, dates, etc.), you must contact the organiser through the website or point of sale where the tickets were purchased.

Where can I collect my tickets?

Most tickets are issued online. The Auditori Fòrum CCIB does not have a box office. If physical tickets are required, they must be collected from the authorised points of sale.
