ACCES AND PARKING

The CCIB Forum Auditorium is located near the L4 El Maresme | Fòrum underground station and just in front of the T4 Maresme Fòrum tram stop, as well as the taxi rank situated just in front of the venue. There are also several bus lines (119, H16, 7, 136) with stops close to the venue.

The CCIB Forum Auditorium doesn’t have a car park. You can leave your vehicle in the car parks in the surrounding area, including the BSM Plaça del Fòrum Parking located 230 metres from the CCIB Forum Auditorium.

Each of the shows has its own schedule, so the organisers indicate what time the doors open.

The total number of seats in the stalls and on the balcony is 3,084 in addition to 12 spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility.

Generally speaking, it is possible to enter, even if the event has already begun.

You can enter the auditorium during the show by showing your ticket to the usher service and receiving their authorisation.

WHAT CAN I TAKE WITH ME?

No, food and drink from outside is prohibited for security reasons. Inside the Auditorium you will find a free water fountain, as well as a cash-bar service.

Generally speaking, entrance is permitted with a compact camera. Reflex cameras and video cameras are not permitted. Access with these objects and their use may be restricted at the artist’s express request.

Any objects that may be dangerous to yourself or others, such as cans, glass and metal containers, sticks, weapons, etc., are prohibited. In addition, reusable glass/metal bottles, as well as glass or metal tuppers, must be left in the Auditorium locker.

Yes, you can enter with your motorcycle helmet, although you must leave it in the cloakroom.

The organisers will provide a space for pushchairs for children’s shows. For further information, please contact the organiser.

Generally speaking, the CCIB Forum Auditorium doesn’t provide any cloakroom facilities, so you should contact the event organisers to find out whether this service will be available. In any event, access with suitcases/trolleys is not permitted. The maximum authorised size is a small school-type backpack (maximum 20L) which can be kept on your seat or at your feet, not in the aisles or on the stairs so as not to obstruct anyone.

CATERING

Yes, we have free water fountains and a bar service inside the Auditorium.

 

No, it’s forbidden to take food into the auditorium (stalls and balcony). Drinks must be consumed in the areas of the hall of the Auditorium where the bar is located.

Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the designated area (not in the hall), provided that the show is not a sporting or children’s event. The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors and/or their consumption is strictly prohibited.

You can only pay by credit/debit card.

Yes, vegan and vegetarian options are available.

Yes, there are options for coeliacs.

reduced mobility

The CCIB Forum Auditorium has 12 spaces reserved for wheelchairs for people with reduced mobility.

These tickets can be purchased via the website of each event/show. 

Yes. The spaces reserved for wheelchairs have an adjoining seat for a companion. The tickets must be purchased via the website of each event/show.

Yes, you can enter on crutches, but you must keep them under your seat so as not to obstruct anyone (never in the aisles).

 

Yes. The Fòrum CCIB Auditorium has several lifts to reach the stalls and balcony. The staff will assist and guide you to one when you arrive.

There are no physical barriers. Access to the entrance to the CCIB Forum Auditorium is at street level. Once at the entrance, lifts are available to take you to the hall.

The seats reserved for wheelchairs are on the same level as the hall, without any need for stairs or access via a ramp.

If you need any directions or help to get to your seat, please ask the staff when you arrive at the venue.

Yes. Duly accredited guide dogs may accompany their owners inside the building.

MINORS

In accordance with article 53 of Decree 112/2010 of the Government of Catalonia, minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Their parents/legal guardians may authorise a responsible adult to accompany a child under 16 years of age.

Whether they are accompanied by their parents/guardians or by another authorised person, it is essential to fill in the following form:

Access for Minors

It depends on each show; you should check with the event organiser or the authorised sales outlet.

As long as you’re between 16 and 18 years old, you can enter without a companion, but you must bring authorisation from your parent or legal guardian.

TICKETS

The CCIB Forum Auditorium is the venue where the show is held, but it doesn’t manage or sell the tickets. For any purchase or in the event of any doubts or queries related to the tickets (refunds, changes of seats, dates, etc.), you should contact the organisation via the website or the sales outlet where the tickets are acquired.

View the details of the show on our website and purchase the tickets only at the authorised sales outlets.

The tickets for most of the shows are sold via online channels. The CCIB Forum Auditorium doesn’t have a ticket office. Physical tickets can be collected from the authorised sales outlets.

Please check with the event organiser or the sales outlet where you purchase your tickets. 

Yes. You’ll be able to gain access with your tickets on your mobile phone, provided that they’re in a format that allows them to be checked.

The CCIB Forum Auditorium doesn’t manage any ticket sales. To change a date or seat or have your tickets returned or re-sent, you will have to contact the organisation via the sales channel through which you purchase the tickets and you’ll be informed of your options and the steps to be taken.

Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event, provided that they are available via the sales channel.

Each show has its own running time, but you can usually find this information on the event’s official website.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The staff at the CCIB Forum Auditorium can provide claims forms to any users who request them.

In the event of the suspension or postponement of a show, the event organiser will announce the change of dates or the cancellation of the show.

The hall staff will be ready to deal with any emergency situation. Ask for help from the hall staff or, if necessary, call the emergency number (112). 

 

In the event of evacuation:

– Clearly identify the emergency exits throughout the building.

– In the event of evacuation, immediately go to the nearest exit via one of the routes that are indicated. 

– Stay calm, don’t run and follow the directions of the staff.

Call 112 in the event of a general emergency.

The CCIB Forum Auditorium is governed by the COVID measures in force at any given time, as dictated by the Government of Catalonia.

The CCIB Forum Auditorium complies with thorough cleaning protocols before, during and after each show.
